״Hug” with Za’afran, Sweat Trio & Kasso

“Hug” Evening is coming to Mazkeka with three performances of deep and beneficial instrumental trios.

Za’afran – An abstract and mesmerizing electric guitar trio

Sweat Trio – A project based in recent years in New York by drummer Shahar Halevi, where he writes and performs original music inspired by melody and spiritual intention, using dark musical tones and a rich language of expression from the worlds of jazz and improvised music.

Kasso – An alternative jazz trio inspired by West African music, combining the ancient kora with futuristic synthesizers. Music that accelerates a spiritual and meditative journey flowing between different styles and soundscapes.

“Hug” is a musical project hosting live performances in Jerusalem by artists from the Israeli indie scene, emphasizing the creation of a pleasant, intimate, and social space.
